JuliaHub has announced a strategic partnership with Synopsys to integrate Dyad, our next-generation simulation platform, into Ansys TwinAI™, an AI-powered digital twin solution within the Synopsys simulation portfolio.
The collaboration brings together JuliaHub's strength in scientific machine learning with Synopsys’ digital twin technology to accelerate simulation-driven innovation across industries.
TwinAI enables organizations to validate and operate digital twins in the cloud using advanced simulation engines, live data streams, and modern deployment workflows. Through the integration of Dyad, TwinAI will support hybrid digital twins, models that combine physics-based simulation with adaptive AI to increase accuracy, predictability, and real-world fidelity.
“A digital twin is more than a model. It’s a living, dynamic representation of a system,” said Dr. Prith Banerjee, Senior Vice President at Synopsys. “By integrating Dyad and JuliaHub’s SciML technology, TwinAI empowers engineers to build digital twins that evolve with data, bridging the gap between simulation and reality.”
Dyad’s acausal modeling, automatic equation generation, and modular design make it well-suited for complex, multi-domain systems. Combined with Ansys simulation capabilities, the integration opens new possibilities in real-time simulation, predictive analytics, and scalable cloud deployment.
“This partnership brings JuliaHub’s scientific machine learning innovation to one of the world’s most trusted simulation ecosystems,” said Viral B. Shah, CEO and co-founder of JuliaHub. “Together, we’re enabling the next generation of intelligent digital twins that are adaptive, explainable, and grounded in physics.”
The first Dyad-enabled features will begin rolling out in upcoming TwinAI releases, with incremental updates planned.
